Welcome to Marketplace Inc. By accessing our platform, you agree to comply with our local commerce guidelines and safety protocols.
2. Local Transactions
We are a classifieds platform. Users are responsible for verifying items in person before payment. Marketplace Inc does not process payments or facilitate shipping.
3. Content Integrity
We reserve the right to remove any listing that is illegal, misleading, or violates Google's Prohibited Content policies.
1. Data Collection & Purpose
Via Google Sign-In, we collect your name, email, and profile picture to create a secure account. We store your listings and images in Firebase to display them to potential buyers in your area.
2. Location Transparency
We access your device location only while the app is active to help you find nearby deals. We do not track location in the background. You can manage permissions in your browser or device settings.
3. Data Sharing & Security
We do not sell your personal data. Your information is encrypted via HTTPS and shared only with service providers like Firebase and Google for essential app functionality and analytics.
4. Account Deletion (Play Store Requirement)
You have the right to delete your data. To request permanent deletion of your account and all associated ads, email us at info@marketplace-bazaar.com. We process requests within 48 hours.
5. Children's Privacy
Marketplace Inc is intended for users 13+. We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13.
Delivery & Collection Policy
Handover Method: We operate on a 'Meet and Greet' model. Items are collected directly from the seller at a mutually agreed local meeting point.
Shipping Costs: Because transactions are local handovers, no shipping fees apply (₹0 Shipping).
Showroom Items: For items displayed in partner stores, immediate purchase is available. 'On Display to Order' items are fulfilled within 24 hours for local pickup.
Delivery Time: Immediate handover upon successful inspection and payment.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns: Not Accepted. As a local meetup marketplace, buyers have the opportunity to inspect items thoroughly before payment. Once the in-person transaction is finalized, all sales are final.
Dispute Resolution
If an item does not match the description during the meetup, the buyer is under no obligation to complete the purchase. Please report fraudulent sellers via the 'Report' button.

- Meet in public, well-lit areas (e.g., markets or malls).
- Never send money online before seeing the item.
- Inspect electronics and vehicles thoroughly before paying.
